Damaged, Wrong Item(s), and Defective Merchandise Policy 
It is very important that you confirm the product is received undamaged, from shipment, and is the correct item. To do so, please examine the shipping box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of damage, wrong item(s) or defective product(s). All claims must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery. Please e-mail us so we can initiate the process.


Shipping Damages
Defective/damaged  or Wrong Item(s) merchandise can ONLY be replaced. We cannot issue full refund for merchandise that arrives damaged, wrong item(s), or defective and you don't want the merchandise any longer. If merchandise arrives that is incorrect, defective, or damaged we will gladly replace it  (replacement of the same item that was damaged, incorrectly sent, or defective NOT for refund or replacement of a different item). If you want a refund for a received item regardless if it was received damaged, incorrectly, or defective you will have to follow our return policy stated below.


Return Policy for Refund or Replace item
Notify us by e-mail of your desire to return for REFUND your purchase. We will issue you a return authorization number and email you our return address, Please do not return the item to the original address that it was shipped from. You can return items in only new condition within 5 days days and we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to return policy below. No refunds or exchanges on items that packaging has been opened and cannot be resold as new. We will issue refunds for the product only. Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund in addition to $5 restocking fee, whichever is larger, on all merchandise returned. Furthermore, if any order is refused by the customer, return shipping charges will be charged to the customer. 

The Restocking Fee

The Restocking Fee helps reduce the "lending library" effect where some people "buy" things just to try them with no intention of keeping the item. Customers will incur the expense for returning the item. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We do not issue Pre-Paid Shipping Labels to return merchandise that is being sent back to us for a refund, it will be only for the product. Usually there is no refunds or exchanges for items when it is opened or used and specially in the categories below. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") when buying items or products from HAIRFLASHCOLOR-SHOP.COM WEBSITE. This Agreement constitutes the entire and sole agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time without specific notice. The latest Agreement will be posted on the website or at our MIAMI showroom/warehouse, and said Agreement should be reviewed prior to buying.

About Delivery:

We ship United States and International countries with UPS, FedEx or USPS companies. All items are delivered to the address specified on your order. Cancellation & Return Policy before delivery, you have 1 business day from the date of purchase to cancel your order without incurring fees. From then on, any cancellation will incur $5 re-stocking fee. We generally ship between 2 to 6 days.

We would like to give you a Satisfaction warranty for your online order. Accordingly, if you refuse the product for any reason or personal motive at the time of delivery, we will only charge the $5 re-stocking fee. Moreover, if the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges.

Please be careful when ordering online your product in selecting the right color. We will not waive cancellation fees unless due to shipping damages. If in accordance we accept cancellation or replacement, along with the re-stocking fee of $5, all returns must be shipped back in their original packaging.

Note: That no cancellations or exchanges are accepted on products on sale or obtained through a special discount. The Products on sale are purchased "as is" for any reason "display, storage etc".We carefully hand-pack all product, but please inspect your delivery for any damages upon receipt. It is important that you inspect your delivery with care. Note, All damages must be reported within same day of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us by email for us to assess the situation.

All shipment and especially International shipment is made at your own risk, as we provide you for each order the prouf of shipping tracking number from carrier company (USPS, FEDEX OR UPS), no cancellation even if your have not received the product.

Online Order Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our online website and the products listed, we, “HAIRFLASHCOLOR-SHOP.COM”, have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product without accordance. Please read below. No product will be returned for a cash refund.
